 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The customer confirms that he/she understands and accepts the General terms and conditions declared by the seller. Relations between the buyer and the seller is subject to these terms and conditions, which are also binding for both parties. The General conditions may be amended by the Seller. This should not affect the rights and obligations of the customer regarding to the previous conditions.

2. ORDERS

We are committed to our customers, that we will only deliver goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications and features usual for the type of goods, meeting the standards, rules and regulations applicable in the territory of the European Union. The condition for the fulfillment of our electronic order is the completion of all required data specified in the order form. The order is also a sales contract, which enters into force after the delivery of the goods. Customer's confirmation of the order is crucial to the process.

Using a discount voucher is possible only at the time of the purchase in the checkout before you confirm the order. Retrospectively we will not be able to accept any application of vouchers and promotion codes.

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will always do our best to deliver Slippsy to you as fast as possible, wherever you might be.

4. CONFIRMATION AND ORDER CANCELLATION

The order will be confirmed within 24 hours after you place it (confirmation will be communicated by e-mail). In case of any doubt, we will contact you immediately.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by telephone or e-mail, without giving us any reasons. All we need is the order reference number.

If the goods are being sold at a price lower than 10% of the original price, or the price of the goods is less than 0-50 cents or even less then 0 cents, we reserve the right to cancel the order. All we need is the order number.

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to SLIPPSY.COM. 

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from SLIPPSY.COM. If you wish to end your subscription to information from SLIPPSY.COM send an email to info@slippsy.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.

7. RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SLIPPSY PRODUCTS?

RETURNS 

Your online purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.slippsy.com. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order or your bank account within 14 working days after we have received the original item(s).

 EXCHANGES

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with applicable laws on copyrights and intellectual property rights, all photos, materials, trademarks, drawings, models, logos, graphics, etc. presented on our e-shop SLIPPSY.COM are an exclusive property of Slippsy Ltd.. Copying or use of any material mentioned above is allowed only for private purposes. Any reproduction or public use of copies for other then private purposes is strictly prohibited.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions apply as stated. By sending the electronic order the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions immediately at the date of sending the order. Buyer agrees with valid price of ordered goods, including shipping and postage previously mentioned above.
